Hello World!

Welcome to my brand new site. My name is Kimberly and I’m just ordinary girl from the small state of Delaware. Once i WAS a skinny girl with high cholesterol (still skinny but normal cholesterol). Uncovered at my yearly physical exam hearing those words felt like I’ve just been hit by a ton of bricks then anxiety seeped in. Wrecking my brain! How did this happen? Where did this come from? Im so SKINNY! Can skinny people have high cholesterol? How can i fix this? Learning my father has always had cholesterol problems and realizing this is genetics. Thanks daddy! I decided to take matters into my own hands, deciding to change my eating habits and to focus on whole foods with color and after just 6 weeks of eating foods like Salmon, Leafy Greens ( kale, spinach ect) nuts and beans, healthy carbs ( quinoa, brown rice, ect) fresh fruits and plenty of water my total cholesterol dropped from 272 to 176.

Holistic nutrition is all about eating healthy food as close to its natural state as possible for optimum health and well-being My hopes is to provide support for the WHOLE person.
